Its supposed be for six people but it didn't have enough seating in the whole house for all six people to be in the same space together. It needs additional soft seating especially in the kitchen area with the fireplace. My hope is the price will be much less in the off season. It also needs at least one more sleeping option as the hida bed doesn't comfortably fit 2 people especially adults a cot that's for up to 300lbs would work for an adult male a double cot would be much better but the cot there is only rated upto 150lbs so it didn't work for us as partners wanted to sleep with each other. The BBQ had no gas and was very dirty. They had a basically stocked kitchen and we l8ve close so we were able to get anything we needed that they didn't have e the blender was a very nice option and worked awesome! We loved the sauna shower and the deep bath. We plan to make this our regular family place as its set up well for unplugging not having TV in every room a style kitchen thats open to enjoy cooking and visiting with everyone its absolutely beautiful inside and out. i love that it has no carpet, yes there's carpenter ants but its literally in the forest at no time did any bugs get to our food they had 4 or 5 ants in random rooms but really no issue with them at all.

The house is modern, cool, and in a beautiful, peaceful setting with lush forest and hills all around. It even has a peak-a-boo ocean view! It literally sits on a hilltop, so the drive up to the home is steep, winding, and narrow. We were able to walk to the farmers market and to the beach and shops. The walk back is very steep (like a 400 ft+ gain) and you have to cross the 101 to get to the beach, restaurant, and store, which can be a harrowing experience. The house has the listed amenities, though we did have to search for the air conditioning controller and had to purchase coffee filters. We were surprised to discover the house was stocked with games and puzzles, which made our 10-year-old happy. Overall, it was a relaxing stay in a beautiful setting!
Amazing. Simply amazing
What an amazing home! Very clean and bright with some basic amenities provided. Many high-end/luxury features you won't usually find in a rental (smart switches, bidet, heated bathroom floors, soaking tub, shower with multiple heads and steam function, towel warmer, nice appliances & laundry setup, fan timers, outdoor shower, etc). Very quiet & secluded in the forest, but still just a 1-2 minute drive to the highway/beach. The road to the property and driveway are not for the faint of heart; narrow & steep - definitely manageable but worth noting. Parking is limited and offset from the house, so if you have mobility issues it may not work well for you; we didn't have any problems. The small building in the pictures is a little yoga cabin/studio and that's where you park. Would certainly stay again if returning to the area.
I had a wonderful stay! Everything was great, and the place exceeded expectations. Only regret is that we didn’t stay a little longer. We’d definitely love to come back!
There are 2 things I would liked to have seen. 1. A binder for instruction before departure. How to leave the linens and bedding and garbage. 2. A journal to leave a few notes about our stay, things we loved or appreciated. It was a lovely home.

The location of the house is amazing! It's close to the top of a hill with beautiful views from two decks and the living room. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful with only a few houses in sight. The interior is just as pictured in the listing. It is tastefully decorated and was perfectly clean for our stay. It was a little tricky to find because the driveway isn't on Google Maps but I believe the listing will be updated with directions soon. Neskowin is a great community to spend time in. We enjoyed the Saturday Farmer's market and strolling on the beach. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we would definitely like to return in the future.
