Nice get away for a family. Beautiful views. Quiet and peaceful but easy access to the busy spots

A beautiful home, great location for walking to shops, restaurants, grocery store. Clean comfy beds, great host. Would book again.

We are frequent airbnb/VRBO renters and former host/owners. This one did not disappoint. The location is ideal for exploring Balboa, Newport and the surrounding area. The home was clean and well equipped. Communications with the host was quick and responsive. It was a great place for myself, three teenagers and a local friend who spent a few days at the house with us.

Your home was beautiful and well designed. Close to restaurants and shops. Much Appreciated

Such a wonderful location! Make sure to take a screenshot of the instructions to get in, cell service isn’t great.

Everything was wonderful, well-appointed home and the check-in and check-out process was very easy!

We had such a great time staying at this property! The house is well stocked with everything we needed, and the proximity to the beach and cafes was great. We’ll definitely be back!

Awesome girls’ weekend at this amazing property! 8 girls from high school celebrating our 50th birthdays. We couldn’t have asked for a better property with a beautiful 3rd floor patio!
