Where you’ll sleep
Perched Above the Oregon Coast
Nestled in the quiet Hawk Creek Hill neighborhood, Hilltop Haven offers a peaceful home base for exploring Oregon's central coast. Spend your days walking Neskowin Beach, hiking nearby trails, or discovering the charm of Pacific City before returning to a comfortable home surrounded by evergreens. With room for six and a welcoming space for your dog, it's an easy place to settle in for a long weekend or an extended coastal escape.
About this property
Hilltop Haven trades neighboring rooftops for a hillside wrapped in forest. Two ensuite bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, two living spaces, a full kitchen, and covered outdoor dining give up to six guests room to settle in, while a wood-burning stove, soaking tub, decks, and green views make staying at the property part of the escape. Neskowin Beach is a short drive away, dogs are welcome, and the narrow climb to the property preserves its sense of separation.
Hilltop Haven sits apart on a forested hillside above Neskowin, with no neighboring homes beside the property. Trees fill the windows, decks, and outlook, giving the stay a level of separation that is difficult to find near the Oregon Coast.
The main level brings the kitchen and living area together beneath high ceilings and skylights. A large island keeps meal preparation connected to the rest of the room, while the wood-burning stove creates a natural gathering point during cool coastal mornings and evenings.
A covered deck extends the living space into the forest. The outdoor dining table seats six, and a grill supports meals outside when the weather cooperates. A separate balcony provides a smaller place to sit with the surrounding trees in view.
Sleeping arrangements
Hilltop Haven accommodates up to six guests:
Primary bedroom: King bed and ensuite full bathroom
Second bedroom: Queen bed and ensuite full bathroom
Second living area: Sleeper sofa
One half bathroom serves the shared living spaces.
The primary bathroom includes a freestanding soaking tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has its own full bathroom, giving both enclosed bedrooms private facilities.
The second living area provides another place to watch television or step away from the main gathering space. A dedicated laundry room supports beach trips and longer stays.
The area
Hilltop Haven occupies a forested hillside near Neskowin rather than a closely settled residential street. The setting offers separation from other homes while keeping the beach, Highway 101, and nearby coastal destinations within driving distance.
Neskowin Beach is known for Proposal Rock, broad stretches of sand, tide pools, and the remains of an ancient forest visible at low tide. The surrounding coast offers hiking, golf, state parks, scenic viewpoints, and access to the Three Capes Scenic Route.
Pacific City and Lincoln City are within driving distance for restaurants, breweries, shopping, entertainment, and additional beach access.
A vehicle is necessary for reaching Hilltop Haven and exploring Neskowin, Pacific City, Lincoln City, trailheads, beaches, restaurants, and other Oregon Coast destinations.
The final road and driveway are narrow and steep. Parking is limited and sits away from the main house. This access may not be a good fit for low-clearance vehicles, drivers uncomfortable with steep roads, or guests with limited mobility.
Roads may become slick during rain, frost, ice, or winter weather. Guests should check conditions before arrival and use a vehicle suited to the forecast.

Notes from your host
Occupancy and sleeping arrangements
Hilltop Haven accommodates no more than six registered guests. The third sleeping area is a sleeper sofa in the second living space. An occupancy of six assumes that two guests will share the sleeper sofa, which may be better suited to children or smaller travelers than two adults.
Road and driveway
The property is reached by a narrow, steep road and driveway. Guests should be comfortable driving this route and arrive in a vehicle suited to current weather and road conditions.
Parking and mobility
Parking is limited and offset from the house. Reaching the property from the parking area involves sloped or uneven surfaces, steps, and changes in elevation. The setting may not suit guests with limited mobility.
Wood-burning stove
Guests must follow the posted stove instructions and use only approved firewood. Never leave a fire unattended. Availability of stored firewood may vary.
Pets
Dogs are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay applies, with a maximum of two pets. The forest is not a controlled pet area, so dogs must remain supervised and under guest control outside.
Electric vehicle charging
A NEMA 14-50 outlet is available for electric-vehicle charging. Guests must bring their own compatible charging cable and equipment.
Forest setting
The property's separation from other homes also places guests close to wildlife and natural conditions. Insects, carpenter ants, falling needles, leaves, branches, mud, and moisture may be present. Food and trash should be secured, and wildlife should not be approached or fed.
Coastal weather
Weather can change throughout the day. Wind, rain, fog, frost, and cool temperatures are possible throughout the year and may affect the road, driveway, outdoor spaces, and views.
